Notes on Cooperation
We are not a creditor
AlayToo Co-Creation does not provide its own financial resources or make investments. If capital is required, we look for external financing options together, such as crowdfunding, funding programmes and grants. We support such processes as part of the project, but we do not guarantee funding.
Turnarounds are risky
Each one is an entrepreneurial challenge with an uncertain outcome. Even with all the necessary expertise and commitment, success is not guaranteed. A company may still not survive despite all efforts. In such cases, we accept no liability. We take on our own economic responsibility by only being paid if the turnaround is successful.
Success is not always easily measurable
The definition of success can vary greatly depending on the starting point. Sometimes it means ensuring economic survival; at other times, it means building a stable structure. Before the project starts, we will work with you to determine which goals to aim for and how to make them measurable (see the section on KPIs, which is still in progress).
Our role is clearly defined
As co-entrepreneurs, we only get involved on a temporary basis to achieve a turnaround. We are therefore not permanently involved in operations. Our goal is to stabilise the company and then hand back full responsibility to you. In due course, we will prepare for our exit and the handover.
Trust and openness are essential
Open and honest communication forms the basis of successful collaboration. Any problems or conflicts must be addressed by both parties early on. This is the only way we can act effectively and in a solution-oriented manner. At AlayToo CoCreation, we prioritise honest, open and friendly communication. We address problems directly, which can sometimes be uncomfortable.
Full cooperation is necessary
We cannot deliver results ‘for you’; we work with you. A turnaround requires everyone involved to work together as equals with a clear commitment. Real change is not possible without your active participation.
Confidentiality is standard practice
We treat all information exchanged during our collaboration as confidential. Trust is not only a prerequisite, but also a value we uphold.
