Our Approach

Marcel is based in Bishkek and operates across the country. Thereby, he is not an industry expert, nor does he has any any ready-made answers, as industry logic can be a blind spot. Every turnaround requires a unique approach, free from thought patterns and pre-defined norms. Marcel often has no prior knowledge of your company or the challenges you face. This process of getting to know you and your business is precisely what fascinates him. He listens to you, takes a close look, and works his way into your situation.

As AlayToo is a small consultancy firm, we have limited resources. This is why Marcel currently selects only one major project per year.
