Our Approach
Marcel is based in Bishkek and operates across the country. Thereby, he is not an industry expert, nor does he has any any ready-made answers, as industry logic can be a blind spot. Every turnaround requires a unique approach, free from thought patterns and pre-defined norms. Marcel often has no prior knowledge of your company or the challenges you face. As AlayToo is a small consultancy firm, we have limited resources. This is why Marcel currently selects only one major project per year.
